Products marked "In Stock" are items that we have in stock or from the manufacturer directly, they provide us real time inventory. These items normally ship from one of our warehouses, or the manufacturer directly, within two business days. However these products are subject to prior sale and availability and lead times are not guaranteed. We pick our Factory Direct Manufacturers very carefully. We require that they stock our products, package it to arrive safely and provide excellent service after the sale if needed.
Also please understand that sometimes products do go on back order. Please be understanding when these rare situations arise. Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre sold, in this case, you will be sent a email notification that your item is on backorder, you have the option to continue to wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or select a different item.
Standard ground Shipping.
All orders will ship using UPS or Fed Ex. >EverythingPicnic.com will email you a tracking number so you can track the order and check on the delivery date.
We offer shipping to the 48 continental United States and District of Columbia. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be higher, please contact us for details. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing & 2-3 business days for major holidays. Delivery times will range from 5 to 7 business days depending upon your location.
Please understand that we work very hard to ensure that you get your order as fast as possible. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!
All orders are shipped normal ground service via UPS or FedEx and cannot be sent to a PO Box. FedEx and UPS no longer offer delivery to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. We are not able to process orders shipping to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. We require an US or Canadian postal address.
At EverythingPicnic.com we do our best to provide you with accurate shipping times for our products. The times are estimates only, and are not a guarantee. If you have a time sensitive project we recommend that you email us at email@example.com to arrange expedited shipping.
If you have any questions about the delivery time of your order or if you need to have a certain item by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will do our best to estimate the delivery date, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated to cover Standard Ground Delivery shipping to the 48 continental United States. We offer extremely competitive shipping prices. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be contacted concerning additional shipping fees prior to shipment. Your product/s will not ship until the shipping charges have been paid.
Please note that if you are ordering several items, some items may ship separately and there could be additional shipping and handling charges. This is due to the fact that we have multiple warehouse that our products ship from and with several different manufacturers to bring you the widest selection of Picnic Baskets, Tailgating and outdoor gear. Each warehouse has different processing times, and ships from different locations. We will work to have your entire order delivered around the same time, but if you should receive only a portion of your order, please allow 5-7 business days for the rest of your order to be delivered.
To use your FedEx or UPS Account Number for shipping charge, please include your account number in the Customer Notes section of your order during checkout or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will deduct the shipping charges from your order total but handling charges still apply

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, there are additional shipping & handling fees. Please contact email@example.com for exact costs. Please note that EverythingPicnic.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees including Brokerage fees and Customs that are associated with any purchase. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
