Indoor Tailgating
Indoor tailgating may appear to be a contradiction in terms. No, it isn't sitting in a garage and cooking. When big sporting events like the Super Bowl rolls around in February, you may not be able to get a seat for obvious reasons. Moreover, even if you could go, given the weather, you're probably not going to be able to have a tailgate party. So what to do? You've spent a good chunk of time in the stadium parking lot enjoying grilled food in the regular season, but now you can't have it anymore either because the teams away or the weathers not good. Well, you still can have a great culinary and sports experience at home.
This simple solution is to set up an indoor grill. Now, don't just put a grill in doors. That would be very dangerous and many people have died doing exactly this. Instead, you can find models made specifically for indoor grill. Many homes are equipped with grills as part of their stove to begin with anyhow, but there are also items like grill pans that give the same grill marks and cooking style that a standard grill has.
As an alternative, you can take advantage of all the home conveniences you may have missed out in the parking lot such as an oven. You can now make practically anything and it's a further reason to open your home up and invite others in to enjoy great food and your local sports team.
So it doesn't have to be a let down, instead just a different form of the same fun.
