returns & exchanges Domestic and International Orders
(NOTE: Items that are damaged due to improper use, neglect, or poor care will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit.) If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will refund your money or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt (less S&H). If you would like to exchange or return an item, you will need an authorization code or we won't accept the return. Simply email us your order# and we will issue you a return authorization code. If you don't have your order#, provide us your name and method of payment. We will refund your money or accept your exchange after your product has been inspected by the manufacturer. Please remember to include all of the components that came with your purchase, if any. We only process returns and exchanges for purchases that were made at Everything Picnic. Please note that there is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returns. All other states are tax exempt.
